To this end, we have joined hands with Fame India, an organisation that works with people with Neuro-Development Disability (NDD) and help us recruit who we call the “OMPL Superstars” – our special employees. Our CSR initiative has helped us provide individuals with disabilities access to opportunities, gain skills, and become independent. We empower them through a friendly, inclusive, and accommodating workplace where they are respected, supported, and valued.
